Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be in Japan to participate?
No. Anyone can support a project from anywhere in the world. Payments are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). The ad itself will be displayed in Japan — but the joy of supporting your favorite artist is universal.
What if the fundraising goal is not met?
All contributions are 100% refunded automatically if the project does not reach its goal by the deadline. You will never lose your money.
Can I organize a project even if I am overseas?
Yes. Project creators don't need to be in Japan. Our team handles the logistics — ad placement, design review, and execution — entirely on your behalf.
What kind of ads can be placed?
We offer train station billboard posters, digital signage (LED displays), and outdoor large-format displays at locations across Tokyo and major Japanese cities.
