Availability is checked after payment is confirmed. For credit cards, only an authorization hold is placed initially — the actual charge occurs after the slot is confirmed. For bank transfers, please pay in advance. If no slot is available, the placement fee (including system fee) will be fully refunded, but the bank transfer fee is non-refundable.

Availability Check
Our team checks slot availability. For station placements, an organization profile and permission confirmation document are required. Please fill them out and send via LINE. Once availability is confirmed, your application is complete.

Design Production & Review
Please have your design data ready approximately 2 weeks before the placement date. Optional paid design services are also available. After submission, we review the design and post it once approved. Please allow plenty of time.
